The Thai Business Center donated 1 million baht worth of supplies to help the people of Chiang Rai stay warm this winter.

To fulfill its corporate social responsibility and spread warmth in society, the Thai Business Center held a large-scale charity donation event in Pan District, Chiang Rai Province, Thailand, from January 11 to 12, 2025, delivering winter supplies worth over one million Thai baht to the local people and helping them stay warm during the winter.

The event was two months in the making, with the Thai Business Center meticulously procuring various daily necessities from both China and Thailand, including rice, flour, cooking oil, clothing, shoes, hats, stationery, and milk powder, with a total value exceeding one million Thai Baht. The donation ceremony was successfully held on January 12th, witnessed by local government representatives. Mr. Tanapat, Chairman of the Thai Business Center, Ms. Durdara, Director, Mr. Sorapong, Founder, Mr. Zhou Dan, General Manager, and Mr. Ren Rixin, General Manager of DMT Group, were among those present at the event.

The Thai Business Center donated another 1 million baht in cash on site, which will be properly distributed by the Chiang Rai government to support temples, schools and other institutions and groups in urgent need of assistance, benefiting the local people.

Mr. Tanapat, Chairman of the Thai Business Centre, stated that this donation was the result of close communication between the Thai Business Centre, the Pheu Thai Party, and the Chiang Rai government. He expressed hope that this donation would genuinely help the local people and help the people of Chiang Rai get through a warm winter. He especially thanked the local government for its meticulous preparation and strong support for this event and looked forward to continuing to contribute to the development of Chiang Rai in the future.

In her speech, Ms. Durendara, Director of the Thai Business Centre, expressed her best wishes to the people of Chiang Rai. She hoped that the donated supplies would effectively meet the needs of the people of Chiang Rai, help them get through the winter, and wished them a happy and fulfilling life.

This charitable donation not only provided tangible assistance to impoverished families in Pan District, Chiang Rai Province, but also demonstrated the determination and commitment of TBC Thailand Business Center and Thai-Chinese enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities and build a better future together.
