On February 21, Thai Prime Minister Paitorn Thani held a dialogue with representatives of Chinese-funded enterprises in Thailand at the Prime Minister's Office. Ambassador Han Zhiqiang led a delegation of representatives from Chinese-funded enterprises in Thailand to attend. Also present were Thai Prime Minister's Secretary-General Pongmin, Thai Deputy Foreign Minister Esri, and Thai Embassy Minister-Counselor Jiang Wei, among others.

Ambassador Han stated that the current China-Thailand relations are developing well, with increasingly close exchanges and cooperation in various fields, benefiting the people of both countries and enjoying their strong support. The Chinese government attaches great importance to developing mutually beneficial economic and trade cooperation with Thailand, welcomes more high-quality Thai products to be exported to the Chinese market, and encourages outstanding Chinese enterprises to invest and do business in Thailand. He thanked Prime Minister Phetchabun for taking the time to meet with representatives of Chinese-funded enterprises in Thailand and for engaging in dialogue with them.
Representatives from Chinese-funded enterprises at the meeting spoke one after another, introducing the situation of their own enterprises and industries, and offering opinions and suggestions on some policy issues.

Prime Minister Phetchabun stated that his recent successful visit to China, during which he had in-depth exchanges with Chinese leaders on future cooperation between the two countries and received a warm welcome, left him with a deep and positive impression. He noted the cultural similarities between China and Thailand, and the strong bond of "China and Thailand are one family." He expressed gratitude to Chinese enterprises for their contributions to Thailand's economic development, emphasizing the Thai government's high regard for a favorable business environment and hoping that Chinese enterprises will further expand their investment in Thailand to contribute to employment, talent cultivation, and local industrial development.
